This group is made up of private individuals with proven track records in corporate and private business comprising of a wide range of people and skill sets; from business development, financial, legal, sales, technical, and entrepreneurial. The people range from Business Executives, VP's, directors, and other Business owners.

We work with owners of these companies in deal structuring and tax oriented flexibility to provide them a suitable exit strategy from their business that they will not be able to find from other buyers.

WeBuyBiz.com, a TruBuild Company, acknowledges that the name of the seller(s) listed in the WeBuyBiz.com purchase request and this email address, and certain confidential information, records, studies, and trade practices of seller(s) will be revealed to WeBuyBiz.com for the following Business(s) or Assets(s).
These disclosures will be given in SECRECY AND CONFIDENCE and used for the sole purpose of assessing the prospective purchase of any Business or Assets through WeBuyBiz.com (“WeBuyBiz.com”), A TruBuild Company.
WeBuyBiz.com agrees not to disclose any of the information given in connection herewith, either directly or indirectly, to third parties, except direct support people who are deemed necessary in order to execute this agreement; WeBuyBiz.com agrees not to make copies of any of the material provided and to return all documents if WeBuyBiz.com discontinues interest in the purchase of any Business/Assets. The Seller agrees that all material and information furnished is believed to be reliable for the purpose of evaluating the Business/Asset. Further, WeBuyBiz.com agrees not to contact the seller(s) agents, customers, vendors or employees of Business/Assets directly or indirectly without approval from the Seller. WeBuyBiz.com understands that all negotiations, inquiries, investigations, offers to purchase, and/or letters of intent must be made directly with the Seller.
The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of any obligation or provision under this Agreement shall not affect or impair the enforceability or legality of any remaining provision or obligation under this Agreement.
